Earlier this week I purchased the cutest button-up blouse from Zara for a cool $40.00 (AUD). And that’s pretty affordable if you ask me! As soon as I laid eyes on it, my hands got all twitchy and that’s when I knew I had to have it. Not only is the fabric gloriously soft, but the print is so beautifully delicate with its adorable pooch print.
Needless to say, I am utterly obsessed. I’m not even kidding when I say that when wearing this yesterday, I literally received a dozen compliments. And all I did was tuck the blouse into a simple black pencil skirt and it still seemed to make a lot of noise.
So last weekend, in an endeavor to find the perfect backdrop to showcase my new, all-time favourite blouse, I ventured out to farm-country (somewhere remote along the Sunshine Coast). Which to be honest, turned out to be a complete pain-in-the-ass. Despite being visually stunning, this dirt road (formally named River Road) was located about 30 – 40kms off the main highway! And that is simply way too much effort for a single photo shoot.
Moving on, in terms of the other details of my outfit:
- Coop black shorts (s. forever ago),
- Kookai black strappy sandals (s. 2016), and
- Zara printed blouse (s. 2017).
As always, I hope you guys enjoyed this post and of course, have an incredible weekend!
Love Linda, xo
